Who has time for blogging???
I have been neglecting my blog world… or better yet, I haven’t exactly been loyal to the blog world. I find that there are never really enough hours in one day to keep up with any projects I take on but I will try to keep up with this one. Kevin (my hubby) and I are currently pursuing adoption.
I have always wanted to adopt or at least for as long I remember… Kevin, was a bit hesitant at first. Around this time last year, he asked me why we hadn’t done anything about my little adoption dream… well, that’s all he had to say! I was elated! I couldn’t believe he was coming around and finally considering my BIG dream. Well, we started researching and finally started working on this adoption back in June.
Anticipation is building! We have completed most of the pre-requisites and we are now waiting on approval of our homestudy. Derek and Ty are excited and so are we. I hope that the approval process goes smoothly and that we get to start working on selection etc… I’ll be posting more often as we proceed and I hope that one day this blog will be viewed by our kiddos… it will be interesting for them to see the feelings mom and dad are carrying through this process.
